In the USA any employee can change there 1099 at there request. So if someone went to there employer and requested a change of withholding form AKA 1099 and checked the box as 99 dependents. No tax would be withheld from there checks. No it does not eliminate every form of tax scheme that may be forced down our more empty gullets. But it will stop most federal and state income tax. But I will have to pay at the end of the year. So what you hold on to you cash and otherwise you are loaning it to uncle Sam with no interest. Hell he will not show up for the blood  test to prove we are of even the same blood types. If any great number of people did such a thing I wonder if it would have any effect on the system as a whole who knows. And would anyone have the nerve of courage to stand up and just send in a IOU at the end of the year. Or nothing at all. Well this is just the ramblings of some demented mind.
